Adelaide Schools introduces Cranebrook High School in Cranebrook, for all your education and learning needs.
Our Mission - "meeting the future through caring and learning today" provides a focus for a wide range of high quality learning experiences within a caring environment.
Cranebrook High School serves a diverse community stretching from Llandilo across to Castlereagh and includes areas of Mt Pleasant, Cranebrook, Cambridge Gardens and Kingswood Park.
We offer a diverse curriculum that caters to the academic, vocational, creative and social needs of young people. Our teachers are experienced and dynamic and we are committed to the values of public education and Australian society. Our programs are designed to challenge and engage students. We have excellent results in the School Certificate and in recent years, our students have been placed on the HSC Roll of Honour.
We support learning through a range of programs including an after school reading club that is staffed by volunteer teachers. We value cultural experiences and have a range of activities that are designed to encourage participation and creativity. We have students work placed in ArtExpress, debating teams, a student magazine team and our Rock Eisteddfod team always shows flair and originality in performance art. Our sporting teams are consistent achievers at representative level, as are our athletics and swimming stars.
Welcome to Cranebrook High School one of the popular educators in your Cranebrook area. Our aim is help you in your learning journey.
We endeavour to celebrate each other's uniqueness by providing opportunity for all and to develop a culture that identifies that the journey towards excellence is often paved with trial and error, risk taking, learning from mistakes, flexibility and adaptability. We believe that encouraging students to take ownership of the learning is critical in achieving the best learning outcomes and that implicit in this concept is that students learn their own areas of strength and areas of development, through useful and explicit feedback.
