Welcome to St Patrick’s Primary School where we strive to create a loving, caring, compassionate and just environment where each child feels secure and happy. We aim to provide high quality, challenging and innovative educational activities that cater for the needs of all. As a Catholic school, we aim to build our sense of Catholic community through meaningful liturgy, prayer, symbols and rituals.
St Patrick’s Lochinvar is a single stream primary school with 204 children. All classes are either full or near full and there is are waiting lists for most classes. We celebrate the personalities found here and work to build positive relationships. We have a very settled and nurturing environment where children are challenged to exercise both initiative and responsibility.
There is a well-developed precept of service to others and an expectation that all children can rely on their teachers and schoolmates for support and assistance when required. Our staff members are dedicated both towards the curriculum and the hidden curriculum.
Teacher’s pastoral work in the school is seen as fundamental to our mission in the education of our children. Our school motto is, “Grow by God’s Gifts”, and we believe that this calls us to action as givers not takers. Our school is a place where Gospel values are lived to promote a place of hope.
Welcome to St Patrick's Primary School Lochinvar one of the popular educators in your Lochinvar area. Our aim is help you in your learning journey.
We endeavour to celebrate each other's uniqueness by providing opportunity for all and to develop a culture that identifies that the journey towards excellence is often paved with trial and error, risk taking, learning from mistakes, flexibility and adaptability. We believe that encouraging students to take ownership of the learning is critical in achieving the best learning outcomes and that implicit in this concept is that students learn their own areas of strength and areas of development, through useful and explicit feedback.
