Adelaide Schools introduces Atelier Art Classes in Salisbury, for all your education and learning for your childs future, We invite you to explore and learn more about the quality 21st Century education with Atelier Art Classes.
Atelier Art Classes are hosted by Salisbury Studios Queensland Incorporated at the studio complex in Salisbury, which contains the studios of the teachers and other practicing artists. The classes continue the European tradition of guiding students in the acquisition of the skills and knowledge essential to the creation of fine representational art. Our core teaching curriculum is designed to train students in the primary disciplines of form, tone and colour. This foundation is designed to give students a basis for understanding of advanced concepts such as the representation of light, atmosphere, gesture and rhythm and how these elements can be used compositionally. The three teachers are classically trained at the Julian Ashton Art School, as well as having studied with other teachers, including at Florence Academy of Art and with master draftsman David Paulson. Come and be involved in our enthusiastic new community where technical skill and knowledge is considered integral to artistic expression. Visit our website for the full details of class times and price list. We have daytime and evening classes, as well as hosting two untutored life sessions where short poses for drawing and extended poses for painting are catered for.Welcome to Atelier Art Classes one of the popular educators in your Salisbury area. Our aim is help you in your learning journey.
We endeavour to celebrate each other's uniqueness by providing opportunity for all and to develop a culture that identifies that the journey towards excellence is often paved with trial and error, risk taking, learning from mistakes, flexibility and adaptability. We believe that encouraging students to take ownership of the learning is critical in achieving the best learning outcomes and that implicit in this concept is that students learn their own areas of strength and areas of development, through useful and explicit feedback.
