Adelaide Schools introduces Fairhills Primary School in Ferntree Gully, for all your education and learning needs.
The dedicated staff of Fairhills are committed to all students achieving to their full potential, emotionally, academically and socially. The school motto – ‘Their future begins with us’ underpins the school’s role in ensuring that all students leave the school equipped with the necessary skills to not only achieve but ultimately to be life-long learners in their chosen profession.
Fairhills PS strives to provide a stimulating learning environment that engages and challenges all students, whether they are highly able or experience difficulty with their learning.
The school environment reflects a strong sense of pride and community spirit. As part of the National Schools Pride project, new shade sails have been erected over all playground equipment, interactive whiteboards installed in classrooms and extensive re-asphalting and landscaping works completed. The Building the Education Revolution (BER) project has delivered a new multi-purpose centre and refurbishment of nearly all classrooms to reflect exciting and stimulating 21 century learning spaces, to enhance student learning.
Community involvement is a feature of Fairhills PS and your participation in the school is actively encouraged. Further information about the exciting programs the school offers, can be obtained during a personal tour which can be arranged by contacting the office during school hours.
Welcome to Fairhills Primary School one of the popular educators in your Ferntree Gully area. Our aim is help you in your learning journey.
We endeavour to celebrate each other's uniqueness by providing opportunity for all and to develop a culture that identifies that the journey towards excellence is often paved with trial and error, risk taking, learning from mistakes, flexibility and adaptability. We believe that encouraging students to take ownership of the learning is critical in achieving the best learning outcomes and that implicit in this concept is that students learn their own areas of strength and areas of development, through useful and explicit feedback.
